Culto Records – Return & Refund Policy

At Culto Records, we take pride in offering high-quality vinyl and collectible items. Here’s our policy for returns, exchanges, and refunds.

1) Defective or Damaged Items

  • If your item arrives defective or damaged, let us know within 5 calendar days of delivery. We’ll need:
    1. Your order number
    2. Photos of the damage (packaging + product)
  • After you submit those, we’ll offer you one of the following:
    • A free replacement (if available)
    • full refund

2) Incorrect Items

  • If we shipped the wrong item (wrong title, wrong pressing, etc.), contact us within 5 days of delivery.
  • We’ll either send you the correct item, or issue a full refund, including return shipping, if needed.

3) Other Returns (Non-defective / Non-damaged)

Because of the nature of vinyl records and collectibles, we do NOT accept returns or refunds for reasons such as:

  • Change of mind
  • Incorrect order because of customer error (choosing wrong title)
  • Buy-and-regret after listening

4) Refund Processing Time

  • Once we approve a refund, it can take 3–5 business days for the credit to show in your payment method, depending on your bank/card issuer.

5) Return Shipping Costs

  • If the return is due to our mistake (defective/damaged/wrong item), we cover return shipping.
  • Otherwise, the buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs.

6) “Unavailable Item”/Out of Stock

  • In rare cases, a replacement item may be out of stock. In that case, we’ll offer you a refund or allow you to choose another item of similar value.
