Culto Records – Return & Refund Policy
At Culto Records, we take pride in offering high-quality vinyl and collectible items. Here’s our policy for returns, exchanges, and refunds.
1) Defective or Damaged Items
- If your item arrives defective or damaged, let us know within 5 calendar days of delivery. We’ll need:
- Your order number
- Photos of the damage (packaging + product)
- After you submit those, we’ll offer you one of the following:
- A free replacement (if available)
- A full refund
2) Incorrect Items
- If we shipped the wrong item (wrong title, wrong pressing, etc.), contact us within 5 days of delivery.
- We’ll either send you the correct item, or issue a full refund, including return shipping, if needed.
3) Other Returns (Non-defective / Non-damaged)
Because of the nature of vinyl records and collectibles, we do NOT accept returns or refunds for reasons such as:
- Change of mind
- Incorrect order because of customer error (choosing wrong title)
- Buy-and-regret after listening
4) Refund Processing Time
- Once we approve a refund, it can take 3–5 business days for the credit to show in your payment method, depending on your bank/card issuer.
5) Return Shipping Costs
- If the return is due to our mistake (defective/damaged/wrong item), we cover return shipping.
- Otherwise, the buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs.
6) “Unavailable Item”/Out of Stock
- In rare cases, a replacement item may be out of stock. In that case, we’ll offer you a refund or allow you to choose another item of similar value.

- • Description of the issue
We will reply within 1 business day to guide you through the process.
