Culto Records – Terms & Conditions
Welcome to Culto Records. These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your purchase and use of products from our store. By placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you don’t agree, please do not order.
1) Definitions
- “We”, “Us”, “Our” refers to Culto Records.
- “You”, “Customer”, “Buyer” refers to anyone who purchases or uses our products.
- “Products” refers to vinyl records, editions, collectibles, and related items sold in the store.
2) Ordering & Acceptance
- All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.
- Once you place an order, we may send an email confirmation. That confirmation does not signify acceptance until payment clears and we physically ship the item.
3) Pricing & Payment
- Prices are listed in U.S. Dollars, and payment must be made in USD.
- You agree to pay all charges for your order including any applicable taxes.
4) Shipping & Delivery
- We ship within the United States only, via USPS.
- Orders are processed in 2-3 business days after payment is received.
- Delivery usually takes 3-7 business days via standard USPS (varies by ZIP code).
- Expedited shipping options may be available at checkout (for an additional fee).
5) Returns & Refunds
- We accept returns or issue refunds only in cases of defective or damaged items, or if we shipped the wrong product.
- You must contact us within 5 calendar days after delivery. Include photos of damage or error.
- Once approved, a full refund or replacement will be processed.
- Buyer is responsible for return shipping unless the mistake is ours.
6) Product Condition & Authenticity
- We strive to list condition accurately (new, used, collectible, etc.). For unofficial/bootleg/grey market items, we will clearly state in the product description.
- No warranties beyond what is stated in the listing.
7) Limitations of Liability
- We are not liable for any indirect, special, or consequential damages arising from your purchase.
- Our liability in case of any error will be limited to the purchase price of the product(s) concerned.
8) Intellectual Property
- All trademarks, logos, product images, descriptions, artwork are property of their respective holders.
- You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content for commercial use without permission.
9) Order Cancellations
- If you want to cancel an order, contact us before we’ve shipped it.
- Once shipped, it’s handled as a return (if it meets return criteria).
10) Governing Law
- These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida (or del estado donde registres la empresa, si ya lo tienes establecido).
- Any dispute arising out of or related to these Terms shall be resolved in the courts located in Miami, Florida (o tu jurisdicción local).
